We led the complete remodel of this home, partnering with Studio Terrain for design and Terrain Seattle for landscaping. Studio Terrain transformed the outdoor space to maximize sweeping 180-degree views of the Puget Sound, Orca pods, Humpback whales, and the Olympic Mountains. The design prioritizes view corridors while providing ample room for 40+ guests.
A louvered roof system and overhead heating enable four-season entertaining, with a central wood-fired pizza oven serving as the focal point. The lawn, engineered to world-class soccer field specs, ensures quick drainage for year-round use. The clean concrete edge doubles as a hidden retaining wall, stabilized with pin piles to secure the slope.
Designed for gathering, this outdoor space balances open view corridors with durable, all-season functionality.
