Every new home build by Terrain Signature Properties includes our standard Builder Warranty. We take pride in delivering exceptional quality from the start—minimizing future issues and ensuring long-term peace of mind for our homeowners.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
1-Year Limited Warranty
Covers defects in materials and workmanship based on industry standards and NAHB guidelines.
10-Year Structural Warranty
Protects against major structural issues with load-bearing elements (foundation, framing, etc.).
Direct Support
We're local and responsive—just a call away if anything arises post-closing.
Exclusions Apply
Appliances, landscaping, seismic events, and certain wear-and-tear items are not covered.
Non-Transferable
Warranty coverage applies only to the original homeowner unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
